How We Do Business

The way we do business is simple.

We select and offer  the best merchandise we can buy.

We start by seeking out the most desirable products available.  We visit fashion shows and subscribe to many publications that apply to products we offer in the world of apparel and headwear.   We observe, listen and attend to our customers' desires and needs very carefully.  

Then we examine the manufacturers' specs to determine if a particular item meets our standards.  We check for consistency of color, as well as for puckered seams and other common problems.  Then if we're still not sure, we test the item using industry standard testing procedures, to see for ourselves that it represents what we want to sell.  When it is delivered to us we inspect it again.  We have one opportunity to make you a satisfied customer, and we want to make the most of it.  We want you to refer us to your friends. 

The different price levels we offer reflect differences in quantity of work going into the product and the weight of the fabrics or materials used to construct the product.  We do not sell 2nds or off-price merchandise.

A $15.00 Shirt will not have a split tail or a vent bottom whereas a $25.00 - $40.00 shirt probably will.  But the shrinkage and general quality will always be acceptable as represented.

We Guarantee Our Products 100%.  We investigate our suppliers' quality control systems and perform certain tests ourselves to assure that what we are selling you is the best we can find.  We will  sell you the best quality in the price range  you select.

We use Polyester Thread for our Embroidery.  Polyester maintains its color and brilliance longer than your product will last.   Conventional Rayon will fade in sunlight and is subject to mildew and mold if left damp or undried. 

We cannot offer you as many products Made in the USA as we would like, because unfortunately not many apparel products are made in the USA anymore.  However, most of the products we offer are constructed of USA-made fabrics.  If you have a need for American-made products, please call or e-mail.  We do have access to several American companies who produce quality apparel products.

Our merchandise is delivered to you professionally prepared and packaged so presenting it to your customers or employees or as a gift becomes thoughtfully appropriate.

Because we have the most modern equipment, we do not have any hidden "Set Up Charges" or additional fees, except in the case of very small orders which are handled on a case by case basis.

We realize that it is difficult to place an order online for the products we sell with custom logos.  For reorders it works well.  If this is your first time ordering apparel over the Internet, we encourage you to E-mail us or call us directly with any questions.  We will be happy to assist you.  Our showroom is open from 11 AM -  5:00 PM Monday through Friday EST.  But if you should get our answering machine, leave your name and number and we will get right back to you.
